




This is a 640×512 high-definition drone infrared thermal imaging camera, equipped with vanadium oxide uncooled focal plane detector and 8μm-14μm spectral response. It is specially developed for drones and FPV racing drones. Widely used in power inspection, fire rescue, field detection, security monitoring and industrial temperature measurement. It can also work as a standard camera module and match with common FPV devices perfectly.
It features effective pixels of 640(H)×512(V), 12μm pixel size and up to 50fps frame rate for smooth video. With high resolution and professional image processing technology, it captures clear thermal details and identifies temperature differences accurately, which is a high-quality module for drone thermal imaging cameras.
Multiple focal lengths are available: 4.1mm, 9.1mm, 13mm, 19mm, 25mm, matched with F1.0/F1.1/F1.2 large aperture. Corresponding FOV: 102°×83°, 45.9°×36.9°, 32.9°×26.6°, 22.6°×18.2°. Wide-angle lenses are for large-area patrol, while telephoto lenses suit long-distance fixed-point temperature measurement. You can select lenses according to the working distance of your drone thermal imaging camera.
F1.0 and above large aperture greatly increase light intake. Combined with 2DNR+3DNR dual noise reduction technology, it delivers clean images without noise in dim and night environments. It greatly enhances the all-weather working capability of drone thermal imaging cameras.
Video output supports UVC, BT.656, MIPI, LVDS and CVBS. Hardware ports include CVBS, MIPI, USB and Type-C. It also has UART serial port and USB virtual serial port for communication. The full-range interfaces are highly compatible with FPV transmitters, display screens, embedded development boards and airborne terminals, adapting to various integration solutions of drone thermal imaging cameras.
CVBS is an analog interface, plug-and-play for traditional FPV devices and long-distance transmission. USB, UVC, MIPI and LVDS are digital interfaces with higher image quality and strong anti-interference, ideal for high-definition data collection. Choose CVBS for FPV racing drones, and USB/MIPI for high-definition temperature measurement and data recording.
